2. Products

Archive Neuf specializes in curated vintage and second-hand blazers and fashion pieces.

Due to the vintage and pre-loved nature of our items, minor signs of wear, small imperfections, or slight variations may occur. We always aim to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible.

By purchasing from Archive Neuf, you acknowledge that vintage items are not always in brand-new condition.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and added during checkout.

Shipping rates:

• Belgium: €7.10
• The Netherlands: €9.95

Archive Neuf reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, or other legitimate reasons.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Archive Neuf cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, public holidays, or force majeure.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with EU and Belgian consumer law, consumers purchasing online have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the day of delivery for distance contracts.

To exercise this right:

• the item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us;
• the item must be returned in its original condition;
• the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Because Archive Neuf sells vintage and second-hand fashion pieces, returns based solely on normal vintage characteristics, clearly shown wear, or disclosed imperfections may not be accepted if these were clearly described before purchase.

Custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive products (if ever offered) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where legally permitted.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice and returned goods inspection.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution such as replacement (if possible), store credit, partial refund, or full refund where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photos, branding, product descriptions, logos, and designs, remains the property of Archive Neuf and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Liability

Archive Neuf is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, misuse of products, or damages resulting from incorrect customer information.

Our liability is always limited to the amount paid for the purchased product, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Belgium unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
